Every page of your file, read. Every line of it, proved.

For matters where nothing can be missed — a hospital, a bank, an insurer, an employer, the state. One person holds your file from the first page to the bundle. Quoted individually.

Send your papers now and see the price first — from £49.
An invented page, with one line highlighted: “the operation was not discussed with me”. The yellow is only ever words taken from your own papers.

Whoever it is, we look for every route

The routes below are the ones we can check against your own papers today, limb by limb.

A hospital or GPThe complaint, the Ombudsman, and when a solicitor is needed.
A card, bank or insurerSection 75, chargeback, the Financial Ombudsman.
An employerUnfair dismissal, wages docked or unpaid, discrimination at work — and the ACAS step that comes first.
A landlordA deposit never protected, repairs ignored, and the Housing Ombudsman for council and housing-association tenants.
A benefits or pension decisionRead against the scheme’s own published tests: war pension, AFCS, PIP, Universal Credit and ESA.
Anyone holding your recordsA subject access request, ready to send.
A dispute under £10,000The small claims track, and the letter before it.

Not on the list? Send it anyway — we read the papers first and tell you what we found, including when the answer is that there is no route.

How it is read

One method, named, and the same on every file. It is called the Quote Gate.

The Quote Gate, in four stages Your page goes to three readers from three different companies, none of which sees the others. Their passages then go through the Quote Gate, a mechanical check with no AI in it: the words must be on the page, exactly. What passes comes to you to confirm by eye. What the gate refuses is listed in your report, with the reason. Dates, sums, percentages, reference numbers and any negative must match to the character. A passage the gate refuses is not quietly dropped: it goes in your report with the reason it was refused.

The third reader and the second sweep for anything missed run on every order we take. On this lane they run over a file of any size and any number of matters, and a person prices the job rather than a band table. The third reader is a peer of the first two, not a cheaper stand-in, and the second sweep goes back over the file asking what the first pass did not pick up.

We do not find everything — no reader does, human or machine — and we show you what we refused and why rather than hiding it. We publish no accuracy figure, because any single number would flatter the typed pages and hide the handwritten ones. What we do instead is put the picture of the words in front of you.

What comes back

Four things, in one delivery, and every one of them traceable to a page you have seen.

The report, with every quote pictured

Each finding carries the words themselves, the page they came from, and a picture of that page with those words highlighted. You confirm each one, or tell us it is wrong, before it is used for anything.

The routes, with each test ticked from your own papers

Not a list of options. Each route is a set of conditions, and each condition is either met by something in your file, or openly marked as the thing still missing — with what would settle it.

Paid by card Over £100 Not as described 6 years from 10 Jun 2013

An invented example. Green is only ever a route that was found; red is only ever a deadline, a time limit or a refusal.

The letters, drafted

The complaint, the subject access request, the letter before claim — drafted from the findings you confirmed, in your own words where your papers give them, and never from a finding you have not seen.

The bundle

Your pages in order, numbered, with an index of every finding and where it sits. The thing you hand to a tribunal, an ombudsman or a solicitor without having to build it yourself.

How your papers are protected

Deleted 120 days after you send it. Your pages, your report and its log, whether you ask or not. There is nothing to remember.
Encrypted at rest with AES‑256. Each order has its own key, and destroying that key makes the order unreadable at once.
Read by three systems. Nobody looks as a matter of course. The readers are shown page images and nothing about your account. A named person looks at your report only if a page mentions suicide or self-harm, or if you ask us to check something.
British owned and run. We follow UK GDPR. We do not sell your papers, and we do not pretend the AI is perfect.

How your papers are protected, in full

Quoted individually

There is no page limit on this lane and no queue. The quote is settled after a conversation about what has happened.

The published bands stay open to anyone who prefers them: £49, £99 and £149 by page count, then £25 for each further 500 pages, up to £449. The file decides the price, not you. See the price first.
